The demand for professionals who are well trained and qualified to work in Jewish institutions as educators, program administrators and community leaders will outweigh the supply within a few years.  This makes pursuing a career in the Jewish community a logical choice for those with an interest in Judaism or Jewish culture.  Furthermore, as Jewish organizations grow and become more sophisticated, so do the qualifications they expect of their employees.
